If you fly first class more than five times a year you should consider Jumpjet as a true upgrade to your current travel experience.
From long lines, crowded parking lots to lost bags and having to pay a fee for the privilege of losing a bag the first class experience is just not what it used to be.
Jumpjet works for both the leisure and business flyer. You just have to book your jet in advance which is what you have to do now with your airline anyway.
The difference is that in 15 minutes to 2 hours hours of making your Jumpjet reservation you know that your trip is going to take place in the stress free environment of the private travel world.
Let's take a look at the reservations and flight process from beginning to the day of the flight.
Mike wants to fly from his home town of Atlanta to New York City for a meeting and take his wife with thier two children with him. Mike wants to travel on the 14th of October.
On the 5th of September Mike goes to the Jumpjet website. Logs into his private member area and makes the request. He wants to fly out at 10am and return at 5pm on the 16th of October. He finds out that he will fly out of Peachtree Dekalb Airport, just 15 minutes from his house. His normal airport is Hartsfield International, which means he must leave his house 2 hours before the flight. He puts in the time and date he would like to fly. And sees that for where he has to go in New York he will land at Westchester County airport or White Plains as some know it. He clicks submit.
Mike receives both an email and notice in his member area that the reservation has been received. Mike then goes back to enjoy the afternoon with his wife. While out on errands he received an email through his PDA telling him his reservation is confirmed. However, instead of a 10am departure on the 16th he will have to depart at 11am and his retrun time will be one hour earlier.
So for one hour of flexibility on either end of Mike's reservation he is going to fly on a private jet on his trip to New York. And the flight is over a month away. Here's the best part. Mike decided to check airline prices as he is an educated consumer. The best first class fare he could get for himself, his two kids and his wife was $4,650 into LaGuardia. His total price for his family to fly private with Jumpjet is $3,850.
On the day of his flight Mike and his family drive to the nearby Peachtree DeKalb airport. They arrive as requested just 20 minutes before departure. They walk into the small terminal of FBO as they are known. They are greeted by the crew. They are introduced to Ted and Elane who are also Jumpjet members going to New York. They board the aircraft and 15 minutes later the doors close on the jet and the aircraft makes its way to the runway for departure.
The cost to fly private in traditional ways is expensive. Fractional and Hourly card programs can cost a $100,000 or more to buy into and provide you with as little as 25 hours. Traditional charter can cost $2,500 an hour. All of these programs are safe and viable but do not offer the first class traveler a real option as Jumpjet does.
It is the smartest club you will ever join. Fly private for the cost of a first class ticket or less.
