When I reserve a jet, do I get it all to myself?
No, you fly with other Jumpjet members.
Can I choose the departure and arrival times?
Yes, we strive to meet every member’s request. However Jumpjet is only concerned with your desired arrival time.
Am I always guaranteed to get a jet?
Yes. You should always be able to reserve an aircraft.
How far in advance must I request a trip?
Minimum 14 days in advance.
Can I reserve a trip with less advance time than my membership allows?
No, you may not book a flight less than 2 weeks in advance of travel.
What happens if I request a reservation and there are no planes available?
Your trips are guaranteed. We will always find a jet to suit your needs within our rules.
Can I travel to multiple destinations in one day or over a series of days?
Yes, but each new arrival point is counted as a trip. So if you were able to book four destinations then you would actually use four trips.
Can I fly coast to coast?
Yes. Our Coast to Coast Elite Club plan allows members ten flights a year between coasts. And from time to time, one stop may be required to pick or drop off a member. Presently we are not flying to the Pacific Northwest.
Will I always fly nonstop?
No. Our rules limit us to 1 stop to ensure you get to your destination as quickly as possible.
What are the routes and airports initially?

Will you include Hawaii or Alaska?
Not yet but anything is possible if there is enough demand.
Can I fly internationally?
No, not at this time. Eventually, we plan to encompass the world but first up will be in Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America.
Can I fly with Jumpjet if I am not living in the USA?
Yes, if you arrive in the USA and clear US Customs you may use Jumpjet while flying throughout the United States.
What cities are in the ranges of the plans?
Upper Club – basically flight times of up to 3 hours 15 minutes one-way or 1,750 miles; Upper Club Plus – basically flight times of up to 4 hours 15 minutes one-way or 2,250 miles; Coast to Coast Elite – any flight within the continental 48 states
How far can I fly under the standard membership plans?
Upper Club Members may fly approximately 3 hours 15 minutes one way. Upper Club Plus members may fly approximately 4 hours and 15 minutes one way. Go to Where Jumpjet Flies
If I buy an Upper Club Membership, what happens if I need to fly coast to coast once or twice?
You can only fly within your plan limits or purchase a VIP Fly 2 Times in addition to your plan.
Will I book online or on the phone?
All reservations are made online at the Jumpjet.com Members area.
How do I pay for my Membership?
You may pay for your one-time application fee and monthly membership fees by VISA, MASTERCARD, Diners Club, Direct Debit (ACH)
Do I sign up month by month?
No. All plans except for VIP Fly 2 Times are currently for 12 month duration. Members may choose to pay in equal monthly installments, or in one lump sum at purchase.
Can I change my Plan?
Plans can only be changed on your anniversay date.
Are there any fees beyond my membership fees?
Yes, guest fees are $1500 per person for Upper Club, Upper Club Plus, VIP Fly 2 Times and $2,000 per person for Coast to Coast Elite. Certain Holidays may require an addition fee If you bring a dog there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee.
What happens if the price of oil goes up? Will my membership go up as well?
We don’t forsee this happening but should there be an unforseen spike in oil prices you will be notified in advanced.
Which holidays require me to pay my advanced monthly dues?
All major holidays.
Can I make reservations for holidays and special events well in advance?
Yes, we encourage long-term reservations. For holidays we will have cut off dates in advance of the specific holiday. Additional monthly dues will be required at the time of booking which will be deducted from your membership in advance for that holiday month.
Why the advanced holiday deposit and why do I have to be so flexible on major holidays?
Major holidays are an extremely busy time for private jets. The flexibility needed is an industry standard.
Can I get a group of friends or family together and buy a membership?
Yes, you may share the cost of a membership with friends and family. One person will be designated as the member who we correspond with and who can book trips.
Can I front load my flights?
Yes, as long as your additional fees are paid in advance.
Can I upgrade for that specific flight?
No, there are no plan upgrades available on a per trip basis. However additional plans may be purchased and added to your existing plan.
Can I get one more flight in a given month if I need it?
Yes, as long as your additional fees are paid in advance. In addition, you may use as many Frequent Flyer flights as you like and the best part is that they are free.
What is a Frequent Flyer Flight?
It’s an available seat on a one way flight.
Is there a family plan?
No. You can buy access to the Guest Club program and fly your friends and family.
How many guests can I take with me?
Personal membership plans allow for up to eight people per trip, you and seven guests for Upper Club and Upper Club Plus, you and three quests for Coast To Coast Elite and you and two guests for VIP Fly 2 Times. A guest CAN take the place of a member.
Can I let a guest fly without me?
Yes, a guest can fly without the member, however, the member will be assessed one round trip.
Can I gift one of my flights to a friend or family member?
Yes, a friend or family member can fly without the member; however, the member will be assessed one round trip. You can also gift a full membership.
Can I buy a half membership if I only fly 5 times a year?
No, but you can share the cost of the plan. You will always be the member we correspond with and who can book trips.
Are there any kind of membership rewards available?
Yes, if you refer new members you can earn free trips, free memberships and even cash rewards.
Is there a corporate program for companies with multiple frequent travelers?
Yes, Please refer to Business & Partnerships page of our website. Corporate program plans are available by application only.
What if I have to cancel my trip?
Minimum 14 days is required to make sure you are not assessed for your trip. Member Services will work with members on a case by case basis.
Can I request a certain type of jet for my flight?
No, the aircraft will be sized to match the total passenger count for each trip.
How are seats allocated on the aircraft?
There are no assigned seats. The passengers make the decision and in the event of a disagreement, the Captain will assign. Flight crews may have to move passengers for operational reasons.
How many bags may I take?
Each traveler may take one suitcase and one personal item. Max bag size is 26″ L (66 cm) x 18″ W (45.72 cm) x 12″ H (30.48 cm). Additional baggage : contact the Jumpjet VIP Concierge (www.jumpjetconcierge.com) to make shipping arrangements.
Do you have a dress code for passengers?
While there is no formal dress code we do ask that you be considerate of your fellow passengers when using the aircraft.
Do you serve food on the jets?
Most private jet operating companies provide at least snacks and soft drinks on their aircraft. If you want to order meals, please contact your Jumpjet VIP Concierge at least 48 hours in advance of your trip. This will be a direct expense to you. You should also feel free to bring any food or meal you may want on the flight with you as well.
If I stay overnight at my destination, will the jet wait for me?
No, it will depart and continue onto the next destination.
Will Jumpjet have access to ground transportation?
Yes, for a fee the Jumpjet VIP concierge will provide a comprehensive range of services to the member. These include arranging transportation at airports.
How do I know what type of jet I will be in?
You will be notified of all your flight details prior to your departure date.
What happens if I miss my flight?
Our Member Services team will do everything possible to accommodate you. You are responsible to your fellow members to be there on time.
Will I ever experience delays like the major airlines are famous for?
Your safety is our primary concern. Weather and mechanical issues can delay any plane. In the event of a delay, you will be notified as far in advance as possible so that you will not be further inconvenienced.
If there is a mechanical problem, how quickly can another aircraft be sourced?
This depends on many factors. Jumpjet will work with the contracted operator, and potentially different operators to resolve the issue. The operator is totally responsible for the flight operation.
Who are the pilots?
Pilots will be different on each trip but all are top safety rated by independent auditors such as Wyvern or Argus.
Does Jumpjet own the jets?
No. Jumpjet Holdings, LLC is an agent for its members as required by the US Department of Transportation. Jumpjet uses FAA 135 certified operators to carry out all flights and does not own, lease or operate any aircraft. Jumpjet complies with all state and federal laws and all members are subject to TSA screening prior to joining the club.
Do you ever use helicopters or propeller driven aircraft?
Yes, in certain circumstances we may use one of the above.
