The search is on for great talent in the following areas.
Director Customer Service- Experience with 4/5 star hotel, private jet service, yachts,first class pax accommodations. Open minded towards new ideas on service. Lots of energy. Love of travel.
Director Flight Planning- Pilot, or non pilot experience controller, 135 , 121. Operations management, 3,500 flight hours, IRF, weather, knowledge of national and international regulations and flight environments, ex military. Will ultimately be responsible for global operations.
Member Service Agents - You will interact with all of our members handling a variety of communications including damage control, positive feedback and knowledge base. You will work closely with flight planning as well as our large customer service center. Experience with airlines, hotels a must. Lots of energy required.
Flight Planners - You are part of a dedicated team responsible for planning and management of all Jumpjet member flights. Access to state of the art technology in a close team environment. Experience as a controller, pilot or dispatcher. Ex Military. Experience with weather, aircraft types and airport operations a must.
