Founder and Chief Executive, Will Ashcroft
Will Ashcroft is the founder of Jumpjet. Will has an aviation background with 15 years in rotary wing and private jet operations. Will has been featured in GQ, The Denver Post, and New York Post, ABC TV and on talk radio. With 3,000 incident and accident-free flight hours of rotor wing flight time, Will's experience as a pilot includes motion picture, TV and Commercial, VIP transport, heavy lift and medical transport. Will has owned and managed several aviation operations including Paradise Island Helicopters at The Atlantis in the Bahamas. His last rotor wing aviation venture, an air medical company, New Mexico Life Rescue, utilized the Dauphin N2 helicopter. In addition, Will has directed marketing and project development for several corporate charter companies using helicopters including Helicopter Transport Services and Vertical Access. Will also founded the World Rugby Club Championships. An avid cyclist and former rugby player, Will spends a lot of time outdoors. Will went to the Stowe School. Will was the creative consultant to The Carlyle Group / Athos partnership on a property development in London, UK .
Chief Operating Officer- Martin Hedley.
Martin is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Oriel Stat A Matrix in Saudi Arabia. He spent ten years in the international banking industry with Chase Manhattan Bank and Citibank. His focus was on global operational and service excellence and he held the Chief Operating Officer for global infrastructure at Citibank before he left for interim work. Martin has spent twenty years in the airline industry with British Airways, American Airlines and Saudi Arabian Airlines. He was responsible for a number of cutting edge programs including development of the world’s first frequent flyer program, the introduction of the PC into mainstream IT, the introduction of formalized project management and quality processes throughout the airlines. Martin has an engineering degree from Newcastle University with joint honors in Geomatics. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program in Finance for Senior Executives at the Harvard Business School.
Chief Technical Officer, Ira Gershkoff.
Ira Gershkoff is a 25-year airline industry veteran, he has held executive positions with American Airlines, United Airlines, and Sabre, and also served as CIO of Polar Air Cargo. Prior to founding Slipsteam Aviation Software he served as Managing Partner of Phoenix2000 Group, a strategic IT consulting firm. Ira is a regular presenter on aircraft and crew efficiencey and is one of the top twenty specialists in the world in his field. He has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Chief Marketing Officer, Sean Green.
Sean has invested the last fourteen years building and retaining relationships in the financial sector. As a correspondent lender for commercial and high end residential properties, Sean held Senior Loan Officer positions with American Home Mortgage and Compass Mortgage Inc. As a Financial Advisor with American Express and Centaurus Financial, Inc. to a handful of high net worth individuals and corporate clients, Sean provided viable solutions to financial concerns regarding various areas of financial planning, and overall preservation of wealth. In the past Sean has consulted for the venture capital firm, Fidelity Holdings Inc. and actively participated in acquisition of T3K, a moisture management apparel company in which Sean served as Vice President. Sean has consulted alongside global footprint firms such as IMG World Sports, The Gersh Agency, Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, Rogers & Cowan, Zucker Sports Management Group, and Athletes First. Sean also holds the newly issued rights to the Hula Bowl. Sean has a BA in Community Health Planning and Administration with an Emphasis in Business from the University of Illinois.
Information Officer, Sean Moody.
Sean comes to Jumpjet with more than twenty years of complex project management. With rail and tenant development projects involving more than twenty subcontractors and budgets in excess of $80 million, Sean is well placed to insure work flow and problem solving at Jumpjet. Sean will work with each department to build a knowledge base to control future growth and or assist in avoiding potential pitfalls. He will also oversee all international offices in terms of logistics and set up. Sean graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts in pure math and has a Graduate Fellowships from UCLA. Sean also has additional studies in advanced mathematics and evolutionary biology from the University of NM and the City University of Santa Fe.
Business Development-LA, Sean O'Riordan.
Sean was a director at both Lotus Development Corporation and at the venture capital arm of General Electric. He has been involved in many facets of the entertainment industry. As a Partner at Blue Max Management he managed Emmy-nominated clients on series and major motion pictures and also began producing independent films, winning several awards along the way. He was a founder of an interactive entertainment and marketing firm in Mainland China and has also been a full time Commercial and Feature consultant working with such notables as Warner Brothers, Disney, NBC and Universal. Sean is a founding partner at Outsource Media Group (OMG), a Los Angeles‐ based entertainment company in the business of marketing, advertising and co‐releasing studio level motion pictures and providing P&A loans for high quality, midsize Studio films with production budgets up to $80 million. Sean has a B.A. from Colgate University.
Business Development-NYC, Robert Montgomery
Rob Montgomery spent ten years at Time Warner AOL where he served as Account Executive in the Advertising Division, Real Estate Division and Account Manager for New Market Development , managing such clients as Bad Boy Entertainment, EMI, The Discovery Channel and Universal Music Group. Seeking to utilize his knowledge and connections at a company capable of bridging the gap between artist and mass media, Rob went on to found Eclipse Management & Consulting Group, prior to CO-founding Empire Feature a film and entertainment company with Partner Harry Hutchinson of Bad Boy Entertainment Group. Rob went on to create Media Kitchen Entertainment which has created marketing value and brand assistance for such clients as Bad Boy Entertainment, Providence Films, Fathers of The Sport Al Bell, May Davis Partners, Don Modesto Tequila, Hacienda Heights, Aloft hotels, to name a few. Rob was born in and lives in New York City and has a business degree from Bernard Baruch College.
Business Development, Robert Langley. Robert joins Jumpjet with a fifteen year career in finance as both a senior executive and an entrepreneur. He began his career with Dean Witter Reynolds as licensed financial advisor. Robert then went on to join Smith Barneys Corporate Services Group based out of Los Angeles where he advised public company executives on liquidity and risk management strategies in addition to setting up public company stock option plans on behalf of the firms investment banking clients. During his tenure at Smith Barney, he received his Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation, granted to individuals that have mastered the core disciplines of equity compensation: Accounting, Equity Plan Design, Analysis & Administration; Corporate and Securities Law; and Taxation. In 1998 he joined UBS as a Vice President in their Executive Services Group. Over the following nine years Robert founded two firms in the financial services sector and was responsible for taking RPM lending from zero to four hundred million dollars in deal originations within 24 months. At the Newcastle Group Robert was involved in raising more than $400 million in private equity via his relationships with private hedge funds and high net-worth individuals. Robert is an avid golfer and former US amateur tennis player. He has a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in political Science and a CEP designation from the Leavy School of Business at Santa Clara University.

As Creative Director, Lou Bruno has led this group through dozens of major ad campaigns for companies and corporations with regional, national and international scope. Some of Lou's clients include; CBS Magazines, Harmon Kardon International, USA, Roland, Japan, Peavey International, US, JBL Speakers, USA. Bruno Advertising has offices in Costa Mesa, CA and Santa Fe, NM. Lou has served a variety of industries including manufacturing; hospitality; commercial development, technology and retail.
